BR Retreading uses custom blended otr rubber for retreading that is specifically blended for BR Retreading. Our blends are a time proven effort that spans several years in the otr retreading market.

Tire Inspection

All otr tires enter the inspection room where it is carefully inspected.

Tire Buffing

We use state of the art Marangoni buffing systems to insure a quality buff.

Tire Skiving

We remove any hidden defects that the buffer could not remove during the skiving process.

Building

We build the customer casing using our Marangoni system or Mill built retreads.

Tire Curing

Our tire repairs & tread designs are cured in an autoclave curing chamber.

Final Inspection

After each tire retread or repair, each tire goes through final inspection.
