BR Retreading offers a full line of otr bias molds. Ranging from 1400x24 thru 2700x49. We also have Wide Base sizes ranging from 20.5x25 thru 35/65/33 with tread depths that cover E-3, L-3 and L-4, L5. Our bias molds 26.5x25 thru 35/65/33 cover E-3 L-4, L-5 tread depths in smooth, half track and lug which covers all small loader applications.

Tire Inspection

All otr tires enter the inspection room where it is carefully inspected.

Tire Buffing

We use state of the art Marangoni buffing systems to insure a quality buff.

Tire Skiving

We remove any hidden defects that the buffer could not remove during the skiving process.

Building

We build the customer casing using our Marangoni system or Mill built retreads.

Tire Curing

Our tire repairs & tread designs are cured in an autoclave curing chamber.

Final Inspection

After each tire retread or repair, each tire goes through final inspection.
